• Brand managed all TXARNG Web, Marketing, Print and Signage to have the integrity of the national brand while
retaining individuality of the state brand.
• Created Marketing Calendar using Eloqua to automate marketing for the Texas National Guard. For Email recruiting and Event Signage for National Campaigns.
• Created and maintained TXARNG Social Media presence of 12K plus fans on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and LinkedIn. Created community of like-minded individuals aimed at the consumption of information and conversation between Soldiers, their families and those interested in the TXARNG.
• Created email and online ad campaign 50% creative and 50% lead generation focused on specific demographics concentric with MOS (Army Job Description). Tools used were Google Analytics, MailChimp, HootSuite and Facebook Ads. TXARNG was the number one recruiter of Reserve Army Soldiers in the United States.
• Facilitated National and State (IndyCar, Nascar, FLW, NGAT and Annual Conferences) events for the National Guard. Providing logistics, support and media coverage throughout events.
• Created TXARNG trade show booth that consisted of strong visual elements, accompanied by audio/video components and included interactive element when shows constraints would allow it.
• Provided Search Engine Optimization and for all web presences and provided crucial data to Google maps to be pinned in over 50 locations throughout Texas.

• Created intranet portals the Saxon Math and Design Development. These SharePoint and eRoom portals saved time and printing costs by 65% as well as allowing the work to be shared globally.

Graphic Designer
Created and produced graphics, newsletters, letterheads, business cards, envelopes and multiple in-house publications for State Representatives and multiple state agencies. Created web graphics for the Texas House of Representatives web page. Trained and implemented the use of new programs to enhance productivity and scheduling in an electronic workflow.
• Created print production workflow to accept electronic files from Design department that eliminated manual positioning of files allowing 50% less manpower and thousands of dollars in cost savings in the creation of printing plates and proofs.
