Responsible for project management of educational product development using a combination of in-house resources, contract employees and out sourced vendors. Designed prototypes for all Divisions for K-12 products and packaging using corporate branding strategies. Managed prototype scheduling and distribution of assignments. This resulted in projects that exceeded standards and met tight deadlines. Maintained relationships between key stakeholders in the development process.
